From now on big brother will be watching the students in the Seine River School Division.
  The board passed a by-law approving the use of video surveillance in schools in a limited way.  Some trustees are against the use of any video surveillance because it will infringe on the rights of students, and others think the by-law does not go far enough.  Trustee Lloyd Schultz feels there should be a greater use of cameras in their schools.
He says right now video surveillance would only be used as a last resort and he would hate for any of their schools to be targeted because of the division's lack of security
