Not sure if you watched the Super Bowl yesterday -- but you notice, I don't have a picture of Tom Brady or Eli Manning here -- nope, it's the whole other part of sports that comes to mind... the SNACKS!! This one was my favorite -- a "Farmer Sausage Dip". Wanna know how to make it? Oh, and no, there is no low fat version. Ha, ha!

FARMER SAUSAGE DIP

Crumble and brown 1 lb of farmer sausage in a frying pan. Drain fat. Add 1 14 oz can of pork and beans, 1 jar of salsa, and 2 lbs of Velveeta Cheese. Stir until cheese has melted and mixture is hot. Serve warm with corn chips or crackers.  Oh my goodness, does that sound good or what? It was in a slow cooker to keep it warm at the party I attended. Unbelievably good!! Go farmer sausage!!
