Red River College's Steinbach campus is opening up in the Eastman Education Centre. They're looking forward to moving into the Eastman Education Centre.  Red River College's Steinbach Campus manager is Anneli Rosteski.  She says their new location will allow them to offer more programs and therefore expects enrollment to more than double this fall.  The new facility is on schedule to be completed for when classes begin in early September.
