RCMP have provided more details from Thursday's crash in Steinbach.
A multi-vehicle crash happened at the intersection of Highway 12 and McKenzie Avenue at around 3 pm.
According to Steinbach RCMP, a Dodge truck was travelling north along Highway 12, wanting to make a left turn onto McKenzie Avenue. However, a Toyota Corolla was coming from the north and the two vehicles collided. The Dodge truck then lost a wheel, which struck a Ford Edge that was also travelling south through that intersection.
Police say the driver of the Corolla was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
