The floral displays in our city got some extra attention this week.  Councillor Elbert Toews praised the parks and recreation department for their hard work this summer in making everything look wonderful.  He was especially struck by how good the flowers looked around city hall and thinks it's one of the best displays they've ever done.  He says people really appreciate the flower displays as it adds beauty and a feeling of goodwill throughout our city.
