The Winnipeg Goldeyes four-game losing skid came to an end Tuesday night in Sioux City. The Fish plated seven runs in the top of the ninth inning and rallied for an 11-6 victory over the Explorers. Wes Long, who smacked a solo home run in the third inning...stroked a two-run double to tie the game, which was followed two batters later by a two-run triple from Jon Weber to give Winnipeg the lead. Luis Alen drove in Weber with a double and Price Kendall added a two-run double of his own for the final runs of the game. The Goldeyes (42-27), who remain two game ahead of the St. Paul Saints in the race for first place in the American Association's North Division, will end their six-game road trip Wednesday night in Sioux City.
