Fire in La Broquerie determined by RCMP to have been deliberately set

On November 13th, 2022 at approximately 2:30 a.m. Steinbach RCMP received a report of a structure fire at 8 Beaupre Bay, in La Broquerie.

The fire was extinguished by the La Broquerie Fire Department, and the fire has now been determined to have been deliberately set.

Residents were not home during the fire, and their pets, some cats and hamsters, were able to be saved.
