The Niverville Heritage Centre held their 13th annual fundraiser gala this past weekend.

Long-time musician Joey Gregorash was the MC keeping the program rolling with great stories and anecdotes about Niverville and Steve Bell provided musical entertainment.

Rob Manchulenko is the Chief Officer of Hospitality and Support Services. He says in all his years with the Niverville Heritage Centre, this was one of the best events they have ever organized.

"We have received lots of comments in regards to the food we provided, the entertainment, a lot of people thought that it was one of the best run events in 13 years and went without a hitch so we are really proud of our staff and residents here for pitching in and helping out."

was outstanding.

"I've gone to a number of these galas and the organizing staff continues to out-do itself. It is for a great cause, we are very fortunate to have the executive team that we do running it along with a great bunch of volunteers as well as all of the staff that work here. The banquet was an opportunity for the community to come together and they have continued to support it."

Dyck says without the community support the Niverville Heritage Centre would never be able to do everything they do for the community.
