A young boy was transported to hospital following a three-vehicle collision near Ste. Anne Thursday afternoon.
Emergency crews were called over the lunch hour to the intersection of Highway 12 and Provincial Road 210.
Steinbach RCMP Community Constable Dennis Redikop says their investigation has revealed that a southbound vehicle struck a westbound vehicle that was crossing Highway 12. A southbound semi, travelling behind, was also involved.
This resulted in southbound traffic being backed up beyond the overpass at Ste. Anne.
