Steinbach's Green Party candidate has withdrawn from the election

According to Elections Manitoba, they have been advised that Gabrielle Simard-Nadeau, the Green Party of Manitoba candidate for the electoral division of Steinbach, has withdrawn from the election. 

Any votes cast for the candidate during advance voting and on election day will be counted as rejected. 

Elections Manitoba says notices of the withdrawal will also be posted at all polling places in the Steinbach riding. 

Polls opened at 8 A.M. Tuesday and will close at 8 P.M.
