They are planning an inservice on the subject. The Seine River School Division wants all of its staff to help improve the odds for aboriginal students.  Assistant superintendent Helga Berger says current data shows aboriginal students are four times less likely to graduate from high school.  So they are planning an inservice to work on solutions.  Berger adds bus drivers and secretaries will be required to attend along with all other staff.  She says that's because everyone in the division plays a role in the mindset of students.
