The Rural Municipality of Stuartburn has issued a burn ban.
It is a Level 2 burn ban that went into effect on Sunday.
The municipality states that under a Level 2 burn ban, fires are only allowed in approved fire pits, burn containers and solid fuel burning appliances.
The burn ban will remain in effect until further notice. All burn permits have been revoked.
Meanwhile, Environment Canada is calling for a pretty good chance of showers both Monday and Tuesday.
