Steinbach RCMP stopped a pair of impaired drivers early Saturday morning.

Police say a 20-year-old male from Blumenort was stopped near Frantz Inn at 12:23 am. He was issued an immediate roadside prohibition. The motorist will have his driver's license suspended for 15 days and his vehicle impounded for three days.

Then at 1:59, that same morning, RCMP stopped a 29-year-old male from Steinbach, also near Frantz Inn. Police say he was issued an immediate roadside prohibition. The motorist will have his driver's license suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for 30 days.
