While the Sunday morning scenery is breathtaking with frost clinging to branches and sparkling like jewels, the fog is causing problems on our roads. 

Poor visibility overnight and this morning due to foggy conditions. 

The Southeast can expect mostly sunshine and strong wind for the first part of the week before snow starts falling Tuesday night. That should continue through Wednesday and into Thursday, with daytime temperatures near zero.
