The Steinbach Pistons gave up a pair of goals 32 seconds apart late in the second period and then surrendered a power play goal 50 seconds into the third period and that was the difference in a 7-4 loss to the Winkler Flyers on Friday afternoon at the T.G. Smith Centre. Brett Fargher, Oliver McCluskey, Dan Taillefer and Dennis Bosc did the goal scoring for the Pistons who grabbed a 2-1 lead early in the second period before allowing the Flyers to score four unanswered. Steinbach goaltender Zach Rakochy stopped 36 of the 42 shots he faced. The Pistons are 7-15-3 and will face the Manitoba Junior Hockey League's Sher-Wood Division leading Kings in Dauphin on Saturday.
