An American theologian, in Steinbach this weekend, says many Christians believe the doctrine but don't follow through.
Ron Sider has been invited by the Evangelical Anabaptist Fellowship of Canada to speak at a series called, "Christian Discipleship in the 21st Century." Sider teaches at a seminary in Pennsylvania. He tells us the weekend series will focus on evangelizing. Sider says the problem with many Christians is they believe the doctrine but don't follow through by helping the poor or being peacemakers. Sider is speaking at Steinbach Evangelical Mennonite Church Saturday morning at 10 o'clock and again in the afternoon at 2pm.
