A man from Steinbach and a woman from Winnipeg have been charged after a church break-in in St. Malo.  R.C.M.P. report the incident occured last Friday at 3 pm at the Apostolic Christian Tabernacle UPC Church.  The pastor, who lives next door, noticed a vehicle parked out front and confronted the culprits who had taken some items from the church.  They fled, but the pastor got a licence number for police.  A couple of hours later, Winnipeg police arrested 43 year-old Earl Friesen of Steinbach and 47 year-old Debra Loepp of Winnipeg.  They have been charged with break,enter and theft and possession of stolen property.
