Through the first three quarters of 2018, Ste. Anne is continuing to grow at a steady pace.

Operations Manager John Desrochers says there have been 55 permits taken out this year compared to 50 during this period last year last year and adds a majority of the development is in Seine River Crossing.

"Currently our permit totals are at about 11.5 million dollars for the first three quarters, which is slightly down from the 14.6 of last year," notes Desrochers, "but we actually have more permits this year than we did last year taken out thus far and I think that’s just a direct reflection of more single-family this year versus the multi-family of last year."

Desrochers says no commercial permits have been issued yet but adds there is some activity behind the scenes.
