Steinbach Pistons forward Denis Bosc and the rest of Team West will open the 2012 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge tonight in Windsor against Team Pacific. The Dufresne native has nine goals and five assists in 35 games with the Pistons this season.

AM 1250 Sports Director Clayton Dreger asked Pistons forward Denis Bosc to talk about the World Under-17 Hockey Challenge and how important it is for the 11 players from Manitoba and the 11 players from Saskatchewan to come together as a team.




Team West will also play preliminary round games against the Czech Republic, the United States and Russia. Bosc, Remi Laurencelle, Jonothan Martin and  Madison Bowey did the goal scoring on Wednesday night as Team West and Germany skated to a 4-4 tie in an exhibition game in Amherstburg, Ontario.
