Steinbach RCMP stopped an impaired driver over the weekend. The incident occurred on Sunday at 5:44 pm. According to police, the 34-year-old male from Steinbach was stopped on Steinbach's Main Street and issued a three day roadside suspension.

Also this weekend, Steinbach RCMP responded to a domestic assault. Police say it occurred on Saturday morning at two o'clock in Steinbach. As a result, the 18-year-old female from Steinbach now faces charges of assault.
