RCMP confiscated highly addictive opiates following a traffic stop in the Rural Municipality of Springfield over the weekend.
Officers from the East District CREST and Roving Patrol conducted the stop on Sunday. They say cash and bottles of highly addictive opiates, intended for trafficking, were seized.
A 68-year-old male will appear in Selkirk court on November 29th.
The investigation continues.
