The Steinbach Pistons suffered their second loss of the pre-season dropping a 5-4 overtime decision to the Winnipeg Blues at the T.G. Smith Centre. Kyle Rous scored a pair of powerplay goals for Steinbach while the other Pistons goals went to Brett Charette and Dan Taillefer. Steinbach will meet the Blues at MTS Iceplex in Winnipeg on Friday and then play their pre-season finale on Saturday against the Steelers in Selkirk. The Pistons will open the 2011-2012 Manitoba Junior Hockey League season at home on Friday, September 16th against the Dauphin Kings.
