Emergency crews were called to the train tracks in La Broquerie on Sunday early afternoon with reports that a train struck a female pedestrian. 

The incident occurred where the tracks cross Principale Street, just south of Gauthier Street. 

Emergency responders were called to the scene around 12:40pm.
