The Mayor of Ste. Anne says the town will be in a winning position no matter who is elected onto the next council. Robert Gosselin says there's a great list of candidates for mayor as well as councillors.  He feels both Bernard Vermette and Guy Deschambault are very qualified to lead the community in the next term.  Gosselin is not running for re-election due to health reasons.  He also likes the fact 8 people are running for 4 council seats.  They are incumbants Craig Cumming, Don Simard, Albert Chaput, along with newcomers Charles Deschambault, Helene D'Auteil, Randy Yestreau, Monique Gabryluk, and Juanita Gielen.
