The first floor is up on a new assisted living complex in the southeast.  The 3 storey facility is being built in Niverville.  Chief Operating Officer Steve Neufeld says construction is on schedule and the plan is to have people moving into the suites by March.  He adds now that people are seeing the first floor going up it's beginning to sink in that the project is actually going to happen.  That has lead to more donations coming in for the facility.  And 38 people have already expressed interest in moving to the complex.  There will be 35 suites in total.
