Just days after a devastating fire, the Store Manager for McMunn and Yates says he and his employees will continue serving the community to the best of their ability in spite of the challenges that lie ahead. 

As crews carefully calculate everything the business lost in Saturday’s fire, Corwin Penner is choosing to focus on what remains intact.

“I can’t say enough about the firefighters, the first responders, and all of the emergency personnel for the absolutely amazing job they did," he comments. "I mean these guys battled throughout the night to keep the stubborn blaze under control. If it wasn’t for them, I think it could have been a lot worse.”

For those who are not trained to work directly on-site, Penner says the McMunn and Yates IT team has been working around the clock to get them set up to work from home.

“We’re planning on moving forward and serving customers to any capacity that we can,” he stresses.
