Environment Canada is predicting average to above average temperatures this fall in southern Manitoba.
 

Forecaster David Phillips says that happens to be consistent with three month outlooks in the U.S. midwest.
As for precipitation, he says that's tougher to predict but adds it looks like it will be normal or wetter than normal.
 Environment Canada's 3 month summer outlook for hot, dry weather proved very accurate.  But Phillips is quick to add their forecast for cold weather last winter turned out to be wrong.
