A large portion of Mitchell was without hydro earlier today.
Manitoba Hydro is reporting that the outage happened around 8:30 am. There were 780 customers impacted.
According to a Hydro spokesperson, the outage was caused by equipment failure.
Power was restored at 9:26 am.
The outage impacted everything north of Highway 52.
