Council in the R.M. of Hanover has hinted it will make a decision Wednesday regarding a controversial hog barn expansion proposal.  Northland Pork, northeast of Randolph would like to construct another 2 barns.  The applicants appeared before Hanover council last meeting requesting permission to expand their existing 8,000 feeder hog operation to 12,000.  It would also require expanding their lagoon.  A few neighbours have voiced concerns about odour and the already high number of hog barns in that area.
