"Baked Rigatoni".

Boil yourself 16 ounces of whole wheat penne. Then, make your meat sauce -- 2 pounds of extra lean ground beef and add a jar of spaghetti sauce. Then, fill the empty sauce jar about 1/2 way with water, close the lid, shake it to clean off any extra sauce and then, pour THAT into the meat and sauce mixture too. Let that simmer for 10 minutes or so, and set aside.

Then, melt 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter in a medium pot over medium heat... whisk in 2 tablespoons of flour and THEN, gradually whisk in 1 cup of heated non-fat milk. That will almost instantly thicken and THERE'S your white sauce.

Mix EVERYTHING together in a big bowl, transfer to a greased casserole dish, sprinkle with 2 Tablespoons of parmesan cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes... done!!
