Steinbach city councillor Anne Friesen would like to serve a second term.
  She is running for re-election.  Friesen feels council has accomplished a lot in the past 4 years and has carefully listened to the concerns of residents.  As for the future, Friesen believes council will have to pay close attention to infrastructure needs and consider an alternate truck route to deal with traffic congestion.  She would also like more support for police in such areas as drug prevention.
