What are the chances that lightning will strike your house? According to National Geographic it's one in 3,000. Well, Brucette Waterston and her husband became that ONE this past Friday. Many of us heard the thunderstorm in the night but the loud noise that Brucette heard was louder than anything she's ever heard and the burn marks left behind are incredible!

It's amazing that the house didn't start on fire and that the damage stayed as it is. Thank you Brucette for sharing your story with us here at Golden West!! We are also thankful that you are OK.

You can listen in on Golden West's Corny Rempel's conversation with Brucette in the AM1250 Audio Vault! Good ol' spring in Manitoba -- you never know what it's going to bring!!
