Two men have been charged with murder in the death of a man from Steinbach.

The body of 27-year-old Gerhard Reimer-Wiebe was found in Portage on June 24th. Investigators determined it was a homicide.

This week, RCMP arrested and charged 29-year-old Kyle Evan Sinkovits and 25-year-old Jonathan Bradley Narvey, both from Winnipeg.

They have been charged with 1st Degree Murder, Forcible Confinement & Indignity to a Body.

The investigation is ongoing.
