Kevin Pankratz says he is excited to announce that Holiday RV & Marine will be moving into the former Safeway building. Pankratz owns Holiday RV & Marine and he notes this announcement has been a long time coming.

Holiday RV & Marine will be moved into the old Safeway building

"We have been working on this since January and we finally got the deal done. During this whole process, I have heard a few different rumours of different people purchasing the property and I had to bite my tongue pretty hard but it has been good and there have been a lot of rumours but this is now a done deal."

Pankratz says they actually took possession of the former Safeway building back on June 22nd.

"We're excited about it. We are happy, our employees are excited about the growth as well and moving forward and being able to have more space. We have outgrown this space we are in right now big time. We are making due but we do need more space."

The old Safeway building will do just that. It will provide them with ample space for growth. Pankratz says the new building has huge potential and their plans are already starting to take shape.

"We are looking at expanding our service area in the building and we are looking at expanding our parts in there and the thing we are probably most excited about is having an indoor showroom for RV's and our boat inventory as well. The building is in very good shape, needs a few touch-ups in some places but the bones of the building are very very good."

Finally, the rumour mill can grind to a halt.
