RCMP are seeking public assistance in locating a teenage girl who ran away from her home in Sprague a month ago.

Shannon Nelson is believed to be in the Winnipeg area.

Police describe her as aboriginal, 152 centimetres tall and weighing 52 kilograms (5 feet, 1 inch and 110 pounds). She has long brown hair and brown eyes.
