The Eastman Selects winning streak has reached 11 games. Richard Boulet had a hat trick as Eastman downed the Parkland Rangers 5-3 Sunday in Dauphin. Merik Boles and Trey Sellen also scored for the Selects. Eastman goaltender Andrew Blahy made 18 saves. The Selects, who face the Winnipeg Wild Wednesday at the Sun Gro Centre in Beausejour, haven't lost since November 20th when they dropped a 7-5 decision to the Manitoba U18 AAA Hockey League leading Brandon Wheat Kings.

 

Stephane Boulley made 39 saves as Red River defeated Niverville 4-1 in St. Jean in the lone Hanover Tache Junior Hockey League game. Andrew Dyck, Bryson Loewen, Garret Dick and Xander Buhr did the goal scoring for the Mudbugs. Jaxsen Friesen replied for the Clippers.

 

In the Capital Region Junior Hockey League - the St. Malo Warriors gave up three goals in the second period and three more in the third and lost 6-4 to the Arborg Ice Dawgs. Evan Wuerch had a pair of goals for the hometown Warriors while the rest went to Jeremie Collette and Teagan Fillion.

 

Janique LaBossiere and Jenna Sellen did the goal scoring for the Eastman Selects in their 4-2 loss to the Manitoba Female U18 AAA Hockey League leading Winnipeg Avros in Niverville.
