Steinbach RCMP are asking the public for assistance in identifying a suspect in a Richer gas-theft.  

At 9:36 AM on Sunday, July 3rd, Steinbach RCMP received a call that a silver/white Dodge Durango with Manitoba plate R13 987 fueled up and drove away from the Esso gas station in Richer without paying.  

Both occupants of the vehicle were females. The driver is described as having brown hair and a thin build while the female passenger has tattoos on her arms and chest.
