Hydro has been restored in Mitchell. 

According to Manitoba Hydro, the outage began at 6:56 A.M.

Both schools in Mitchell are on the north side of the highway and were without power at the time of publishing. 

Manitoba Hydro lists the cause of the outage as 'to be determined'.
