So... here we are, it's Friday and it's time for the weekend!! If you don't have any plans I have a couple of ideas. Saturday is the 13th Annual Street Havoc at the Backstage skate park. A day full of BMX and skateboarding tricks by some of the best! And that's not all -- food, drinks and stuff to buy!! Kyle Friesen joined me on the AM1250 Morning Show today and told us to bring a lawn chair and enjoy! Then, after that's over -- head to the AD Penner Park at 5:00 for a BBQ, entertainment put on by the Steinbach Arts Council and then, an outdoor movie!! How fun!! I'm sure you can find some football to watch on the weekend thanks to our Eastman Raiders and our Steinbach Pistons are on the road -- we'll be cheering!! It's going to be a sunny, hot weekend so, whatever is keeping you busy -- enjoy!!
