High Risk Search Warrant Executed In La Broquerie

There was a high-risk search warrant executed in La Broquerie early this morning.

Steinbach General Investigation Section and General Duty Members with the help of RCMP Emergency Response Team and Police Dog Section took three people into custody as part of the search warrant on Gauthier Street.

A 22-year-old male and a 44-year-old female were released without charge. Meanwhile, a 51-year-old male resident is facing charges of two counts of Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Unsafe Storage of a Firearm and Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose.
