He did it again! Greg Klippenstein stopped by the studio and this time with Italian food and amazed me! It was an egg plant stack and to be honest, I wasn't too sure I would like it. But apparently when you bread egg plant, stack it on tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and tomatoes with basil oil it's amazing!! We can all taste the stack and more Italian at Brass Lantern in Steinbach this week. It's the 2nd week of their "Flavors of the World" and make sure you get a stamp in your passport because once you get 4 stamps, you are entered into a draw for a $200 gift card at Brass Lantern.
