Manitoba RCMP have arrested eight individuals in Oakbank on account of numerous firearm and drug trafficking-related offenses.

On April 3rd, police executed a search warrant under the Criminal Code and the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act at a residence along Main Street in Oakbank.

RCMP seized a variety of drugs from the home including methamphetamine, cocaine, and fentanyl. In addition to that, numerous firearms including two assault rifles with nearby ammunition and high-capacity magazines were also discovered on scene.

According to police, the following four males have been charged with firearms and/or drug trafficking-related offenses and remanded into custody.

Devin Abel Fehr, 26-years-of-age
Brendin Jon Swanson, 32-years-of-age
Michael Johnathon Moore, 27-years-of-age
Benjamin Fumerton, 29-years-of-age

Meanwhile, four other individuals have been charged with firearms and/or drug trafficking-related offenses and are to appear in court at a later date.

Monica Pitchenese, 22-years-of-age
Aurora Delorme, 23-years-of-age
Laura Powell, 24-years-of-age
Clifford Tommy Joseph, 38-years-of-age
