"Cocoa Krispie Roll".
Cook 3/4 cup corn syrup and 3/4 cup sugar over medium heat until mixture bubbles. Then, remove from heat.
Stir in 3/4 cup of peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of butter...
Mix in 4 1/2 cups of the Christmas Rice Crispies.
Once you have that all stirred -- press into a waxed paper lined cookie sheet.
Then, you make the chocolate part -- melt 1/3 cup butter with 2 tablespoons of milk over low heat. Remove and stir in 1 1/2 cups of icing sugar and 2/3 cup of cocoa.
Spread it on your rice crispie mixture and roll to form a log. Wrap in the wax paper and put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes before cutting into fun little slices... and you've got an amazing Christmas treat!!!
