Seeding is complete is southeastern Manitoba including most green feed, millet, and buckwheat.  This week's Manitoba Agriculture crop report states cereals are in the 2 to 5 leaf stage and tillering.  Canola is in the cotyledon to 6 leaf stage while flax is 2 inches tall.  Soybeans range from just emerging to the first trifoliate.  Sunflowers are in the 2 to 4 leaf stage, and growth has been rapid due to warm weather.  Grain and silage corn is in the 4 to 6 leaf stage, and is 15 to 25 cm tall.  Some inter-row cultivation of sunflowers and corn has started.  Fall rye is in full head, and winter wheat is starting to head.  The first cut of alfalfa has started, and yields should be average.
