Forward Clay Litke of Pinawa was the second player chosen in this past weekend's Manitoba Junior Hockey League Bantam Draft as he went to the Neepawa Natives. The Southeast Blades took forward Clement Fontaine of Sagkeeng in round one. The Blades also selected defenceman Brett Adnum of Steinbach and forward Cole Brunet of Morris in round two, forward Mike Gemmill of Stonewall in round three,  forward Mark Owen of Carman in round four and forward Mitchell O'Brien of Carman in round five. Defenceman Tyson Kennedy of Beausejour went to the Portage Terriers in round four. Defenceman Tyler Giesbrecht of Stuartburn was chosen by Neepawa and forward Jari Carriere of St.Malo went to the Winkler Flyers in round five.
