Airbags were deployed during a three vehicles collision at the intersection of Brandt and First Street at around 3 PM this afternoon.

The accident involved a van, a truck, and a car. All three vehicles sustained damage.

According to RCMP on scene, the van turned left when it was unsafe to do so and collided with a southbound truck. Police say the two vehicles then ricocheted into a third car stopped at the stop sign on First Street.

RCMP indicate that the driver was the only occupant of each vehicle and all three refused medical treatment.

The entrance to First Street off of Brandt was momentarily closed as emergency crews dealt with the situation, but has since been reopened.
