The Carillon Sultans are into round two of the Manitoba Junior Baseball League playoffs. The Sultans, who lost five times to Pembina Valley in the regular season, downed the Orioles 5-1 on Friday night in Morden and swept the best-of-five opening round series in three games straight. Carillon wlll face the defending champion St. Boniface Legionaires in the semifinals while the first place Altona Bisons will meet the St. James A's. The A's beat the Elmwood Giants 11-6 on Friday night at Koskie Field and swept that series in three straight.
