Travis Hamonic has re-signed with the Vancouver Canucks.

The 30-year-old St. Malo product agreed to a two-year deal worth $6 million with the hockey club.

Hamonic recorded three goals and seven assists in 38 games during his first season on the Canucks blueline.

He came into last season having missed all of training camp and hadn’t played an NHL game in over 11 months after missing games due to injury and opting out of the 2020 playoff bubble because of family concerns.

Hamonic has spent 11 seasons in the NHL with the Canucks, Calgary Flames and N.Y. Islanders.

He was selected by the Islanders in the second round of the 2008 Draft.
