Power outage in Blumenort Tuesday afternoon

Manitoba Hydro reports that power is out for much of Blumenort this afternoon.  

The outage was reported at 2:38pm and is expected to be restored by 9:13pm tonight.  

The outage is affecting 841 Hydro customers, which includes Blumenort as well as some residents along Hwy 12 south of the town.  

The cause is being reported as an equipment problem.
