Steinbach RCMP are searching for a car that was reported stolen early Thursday morning in the city.

Shortly after 6:30 am, Steinbach RCMP received a complaint of a vehicle theft. The car was stolen only fifteen to twenty minutes prior to the report.

The vehicle is described as a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, grey in colour and with Manitoba license HS5 502.

Police say the theft occurred on Parkview Crescent.
